Project Meeting Part Deux

We planned what kinds of data we want to put in the database, as well as the general layout. It basically goes like:

but I think there might've been plans for a separate box under the control panel to help with the organization of the current workspace. Using the control panel, one can navigate through workspaces (designated private and public). Some keywords for the UI: sans-serif, rounded corners, shiny, grey with colour-coding!
